住房公积金各有关储户：
为提高行政效能，简化办事程序，充分体现“人性化服务”理念，现就个人需申请使用住房公积金偿还购房贷款事项通知如下：
一、凡在我市建设银行缴存了住房公积金，又向我市建设银行申请了购房贷款的储户，需要使用住房公积金偿还购房贷款的，请带齐相关资料直接到我市建设银行指定网点办理住房公积金自动转账还款业务，无须到我单位办理审批手续。
二、上述通知从2008年7月16日起实行。从实行之日起，我单位对因偿还我市建设银行购房贷款而使用住房公积金的申请不再审批。
